Preorders

Preorders are charged in full at checkout and are expected to ship from mid-November 2026. Preorders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled before they ship. If the ship date changes, we will email you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. Email support@relayband.co with your order email to cancel.

Membership

Membership is not charged at preorder. [Confirm how membership payments are refunded and how cancellation works before membership launches.]
