What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone number), order and delivery details, and the wellbeing readings recorded by your Relay Band: heart rate, sleep and activity.

How we use it

To show wellbeing trends in the Relay app, to share information with the family members the wearer has chosen, to send alerts by app notification, SMS and automated call, and to process orders and memberships.

Sharing is the wearer's choice

Wellbeing information is shared only with people the wearer invites. Access can be changed or removed at any time in the app.

Who processes data for us

Payment, messaging, hosting and delivery providers process data on our behalf. [List providers.]
